I think we have enough of questions now to consider for our focus groups and interviews. To consolidate it here are:
4 main question category
- žTime management skills and daily routines of the respondent .
- žLocation of their current means of home messaging.
- žDescription of usage, functions they are using in their old system.
- žMain complaints they have in using their old system, ease in new technology.
